PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Engage a dedicated Project Manager whose role is to facilitate a transparent and collaborative process. Your Project Manager will maintain the project schedule and budget, be present on site and deliver weekly status reports. Handover the pressure and the decision making to your Project Manager who will keep you informed and consulted. The Project Manager's primary purpose is to liaise with the builder and various contractors onsite, ensure all aspects of the project adhere to the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the Australian Standards and will manage the contractual requirements.
